The easiest way to find items is to click on one of the category buttons on the left border of each page. These buttons will either take you to a listing of items or a page with subcategories to choose from. What if I need a more detailed search? Another method of finding items is to search for keywords in a category. On the left border of each page is a Search button. Below this button is an input box for keywords. Type your keywords in the input box and then hit the "Go" button. The store will then display items which matched your keywords. What is a shopping cart? An electronic shopping cart (or shopping cart) is a temporary place to store items you are considering buying. When you see any item you would like to purchase, press the "Add Item to my Cart" button. This places the item in your shopping cart. Later, you can edit quantities of items in your cart, delete items from your cart and proceed to checkout. Are credit card transactions on the DEI-Services.com Web Store safe? Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Second, if you are using Netscape Navigator you will see the "complete key" in the lower left hand corner of your browser on older versions or the "lock" on newer versions. Does the DEI-Services.com Web Store charge sales taxes? State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices. DEI-Services.com's main office is in Florida; we are therefore, required to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to locations in the state of Florida. A 6% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to location in the state of Florida. Can people outside the United States order from the DEI-Services.com Web Store? Currently, DEI-Services.com is not accepting online orders from outside the United States. International phone orders can be placed by calling 352-588-9950 or faxing to 352-588-9955. What are the charges for Shipping and Handling? Shipping services for the DEI-Services.com Web Store are supplied by UPS (United Parcel Service), the Internet Leader in E-commerce Shipping Solutions. Shipping charges are calculated using the UPS rates and services calculator. Your shipping cost is based on your orders total package weight and your shipping address.
