Shipping services for the DEI Services Web Store are calculated by UPS (United Parcel Service) via a link directly to ups.com using the UPS rates and services calculator. Your shipping cost is based on your orders total package weight and your shipping address.
For a return you would need to call us at 1-800-798-8889 & discuss the reason for the return as to whether we would accept a return for credit and if any restocking charges would apply. Any credits given would be less the original shipping charges and the product would have to be returned at your own expense in "NEW-UNUSED CONDITION".
Of course, If we shipped the wrong product in error, we would arrange for return to us of the wrong product at our expense & re-ship the proper product to you.
