We make up the Personal Care Kits on an "As-Ordered" basis. This only creates a minimal shipping delay but guarantees the Freshest Products.
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday, (excluding holidays), 7:30am-3:30pm EDT. We try to have all orders for in-stock products shipped out the same day as they are received. We will email an updated order status on back-ordered items.
